    1. Agreement to Terms

    By accessing or purchasing from CosmikCodes9 ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service in full. CosmikCodes9 is operated by LifeSecret. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

    We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

    2. What We Provide

    CosmikCodes9 offers numerology-based self-awareness reports ("Blueprints") derived from your name and date of birth. Reports cover themes such as decision-making style, natural strengths, energy drains, ideal environments, and interpersonal patterns.

    Our service is a self-reflection and personal-development tool. It is not a form of medical, psychological, financial, legal, or professional advice.

    3. No Guarantee of Results

    Numerology is an interpretive framework rooted in ancient systems of pattern recognition. While many users find the insights meaningful and accurate, we do not guarantee, warrant, or promise any specific outcome, result, or change in circumstances arising from the use of our reports.

    We have no control over how you apply the information provided, how others respond to your choices, or how life events unfold. Results — personal, professional, relational, or otherwise — vary entirely from person to person and depend on individual actions and circumstances entirely outside our influence.

    By using our service, you acknowledge that you are responsible for your own decisions and their consequences, and that our reports are tools for self-awareness — not prescriptions or predictions.

    4. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CosmikCodes9, LifeSecret, and their founders, team members, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive loss or damage, including but not limited to:

    • Financial losses, business losses, or loss of income arising from decisions made using our reports
    • Relationship breakdowns, social disputes, family conflicts, or reputational harm of any kind
    • Career, employment, or partnership decisions and their outcomes
    • Emotional distress, psychological impact, or health-related consequences
    • Any loss resulting from reliance on our reports as a substitute for professional advice

    Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific report or service giving rise to the claim.

    5. Data Security & Breach Limitation

    We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS), access controls, and secure third-party infrastructure (Supabase). Payments are processed exclusively by Razorpay and we do not store card or bank details.

    However, no system connected to the internet can be guaranteed fully secure. In the event of a data breach or security incident beyond our reasonable control — including breaches originating from third-party infrastructure, cyberattacks, or force-majeure events — we shall not be liable for resulting losses, damages, or consequential harm, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

    We will notify affected users of any material breach affecting their personal data as promptly as reasonably possible.

    6. Your Responsibilities

    • You must provide accurate name and date-of-birth information when generating a Blueprint.
    • You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
    • You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute report content without written permission.
    • You agree not to use the platform for any unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purpose.

    7. Payment & Digital Products

    All purchases are processed securely via Razorpay. Blueprints are digital products delivered immediately upon successful payment. Please review our Refund Policy before purchasing.

    Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

    8. Intellectual Property

    All content, methodology, report templates, branding, and technology on CosmikCodes9 are the property of LifeSecret. Your Blueprint report is licensed to you for personal use only and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without our explicit consent.

    9. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
