    CosmikCodes9 provides digital products — personalised Blueprint reports — that are generated and delivered immediately upon confirmed payment. Because the product is consumed at the moment of delivery, we do not offer refunds once a Blueprint has been generated and accessed.

    Why We Cannot Offer Refunds

    Unlike physical goods, a numerology Blueprint is a piece of intellectual work crafted uniquely for your name and date of birth. Once generated:

    • The analysis has been performed and the insight delivered — it cannot be "returned".
    • The report is already accessible in your account and cannot be un-read.
    • The nature of self-awareness work means resonance is subjective — a report that deeply challenges you is not a defective product.

    We encourage you to review our sample content, service descriptions, and FAQ before purchasing to ensure this is the right fit for you.

    Exceptions We Will Honour

    We will review and process a refund or credit in the following specific circumstances:

    • Duplicate charge: your account was charged more than once for the same order due to a payment gateway error. We will refund the duplicate charge in full.
    • Failed delivery: payment was confirmed but no Blueprint was generated or made accessible in your account within 30 days due to a technical failure on our end.
    • Confirmed service unavailability: the platform was unavailable for an extended period immediately after purchase, preventing access entirely.

    Exceptions are assessed case-by-case. Please contact us with your order reference, payment receipt, and a brief description of the issue.
